It should be followed by emotions because they are more important than reasons and mean a lot more also it's your life so you should live it how you feel not how others think therefore making it into a reason that you could pick to live on. Some people may argue that some peoples emotions can be like " ugh no I don't feel like it " so making them miss something really important in their lives just because of their emotions but it's their life , so if thats what they want to do / what is meant to be then it will happen.
